WinPlan

Run your own campaign.

Know what to do today, who to reach, and what to say — the plan a consultant would hand you, in a tool you run yourself.

Know what to do today.
Every day until Election Day.

A plan for today, not a binder

Tasks are generated backward from your election date and scaled to your race, then handed to you one day at a time on a scratchpad. Tick one off, write what happened, and the follow-up appears.

Outreach that keeps score

Donors, volunteers and endorsements on one list, with who's been asked, thanked or given a shift — and who hasn't. The gap is the number you see, because the gap is the work.

Messages written to the person

Emails, texts and call scripts drafted for a named donor, union or business — in the register each one expects — from a contact record, or straight from a task on your list.

Your narrative, everywhere

Write your position on an issue once. Talking points, a stump paragraph, a social post and a doorstep pitch follow from it — and tell you when they've gone stale.

How it works

About ten minutes to a working plan.

1

Give us your background

Who you are, where you're from, what you do. It becomes your bio and the voice of everything written for you.

2

Tell us about your campaign

The office, where it is, the election date, your goal, your hours — and what's already done, so it stays off your list.

3

Get your plan

Six phases from Foundation to Election Week, each with its own priorities. Your to-do list follows the phase you're in.

4

Get to work

Tick off today's list, log what happened in one line, and watch the numbers move — people reached, money raised, days left.
